She previously covered economic growth, inflation, the labour market, interest rates and more as Economics Correspondent for The Times. ​You can read her stories here.


Arthi started her journalism career writing about higher education policy before joining the paper as a news reporter. She has led an investigation into cyber stalking and reported on the Everyone's Invited scandal over sexual abuse in schools in which more than 50,000 students came forward.
